What a life!

Salam 'alaikum warahmatullah,

Dear blog,
sorry for keeping you rusting for so long. I wish I have more time to write on you, but the semester kept me busy.

Rasa macam baru semalam sampai di Arizona, disapa kak liza, dijemput syafa. Then the relationship blooms and made me feel so attach to these people. Indeed. Then suddenly semua orang dah habis study, that's why I am not in favor of staying too long after Spring Semester. Seeing the people I go to class with, I talk to everyday took off at the airport always tearing my heart pieces by pieces. Okay, that is too much of exaggeration.

Life must go on, no matter you like it or not.

Yes, life must go on. New roomies, new co-workers, everything will be new...
Looking forward my final semester of my final year in two months time!
What a life!

Resepi Ayam Percik

Salam 'alaykum and hi all!

Today, I'm just gonna share a simple way of making ayam percik (Malaysian roasted chicken).
Enjoy ;)

You will need:

1/4 chicken
coconut milk
fenugreek (halba)
honey
sugar
salt

blend/mix:
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 of red onion
1 lemon grass
1 inch of ginger
1/2 inch of tumeric
Chilies

Get started by adding salt to the 1/4 chicken. Preheat the pan and pour in the blend/mix onto it (without using any cooking oil). Then, add the chicken, coconut milk, honey, sugar and halba. you can add more honey if you like it to be sweeter. Mix all the ingredients until you could see uniform coloration on the chicken. Let it cook for about 10 minutes using low heat or until the sauce becoming more sticky. Prepare a baking pan and wrap it with aluminium foil and then, let the oven do the rest of the job for about 30 minutes of roasting at 350 degrees.

As for the sauce, let it cook for another 15-20 minutes and ready to be served with the chicken!

Easy easy inshaAllah and don't forget to begin with bismillah ;)
